About
Association of Pre Physician Associates (APPA) at the University of Central Florida is a student led organization focused on supporting and guiding aspiring Physician Associates as they complete undergraduate and graduate prerequisites. APPA fosters a collaborative environment where students grow academically, professionally, and personally while preparing for PA program admission.
This organization provides access to essential resources such as guest speakers, including certified Physician Associates (PA-Cs) and current PA students, academic advising, informational workshops, and PA program profiles. Members also participate in service initiatives, fundraising, and volunteer opportunities to strengthen community engagement and professional development. In addition, APPA hosts fun social events throughout the year to help members unwind, build friendships, and enjoy being part of a supportive pre PA community.
No matter your stage in the pre PA journey, whether you are curious about the PA profession or preparing for the GRE and applications, there is a place for you in APPA.
